Registration details for all racers!

Registration/racer sign-in/packet pick-up is located under the tent near at the Roanoke City Parks and Recreation building on 210 Reserve Avenue which opens at 10:00AM.

All racers (pre-registered and day of) must sign-in and/or register 30 minutes prior to start of event

To speed up registration, please have your printed online registration receipt, valid USCF and drivers licenses in hand and ready BEFORE getting in line! We will provide the USCF & VAS Liability Waivers, all you have to do is sign. All 1-Day USCF License racers need to fill out the two-part document provided at registration, minors must have a parent/guardian sign.

Start times will be issued at 60 second intervals. First USCF racer off at 1PM and Citizens at 3PM.

Your start time is ordered based on your registration time stamp. The later you register, the later you start. Start times will be pre-assigned and posted on this site by clicking on the "Starters" page.

Each entrant receives one Conventry Games tee shirt no matter how many events one enters.
